Van Driver

About the role

A Van Driver (also called a Shuttle Driver) operates a van or small bus to collect and deliver hotel guests to and from the airport. The driver also transports guests to tourist areas and other destinations, providing information about the local area and ensuring the comfort requirements of hotel guests and customers are met.

Responsibilities

• Drive a van or small bus safely and efficiently to transport hotel guests between the airport, hotel, and other destinations.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions and destinations.
• Assist guests with travel or destination issues by applying knowledge of the local area.
• Maintain records of all incidents while driving, including accidents or tickets.
• Ensure safe and easy travel for customers and guests to their destinations or to the hotel.

Requirements

• Ability to drive in a safe and efficient manner.
• Capability to meet all comfort requirements of hotel guests and customers.
• Knowledge of the local area to assist guests with travel and destination information.
• Ability to keep accurate records of incidents such as accidents or tickets.
