What You’ll Do
- Provide transportation for Oaklawn clients at South Bend, Elkhart and Goshen campuses
- Drive in and around St Joseph and Elkhart Counties
- Have regular contact with the coordinator of transportation to receive work assignments and discuss any unusual problems or concerns regarding clients or the transportation function
- Interact daily with clients and routinely with staff of other programs or departments to arrange transportation for their clients
Minimum Hiring Requirements
- A high school education or GED preferred
- In absence of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, the position requires previous 1 year experience in Transportation/Driving
- A valid driver's license is required
- FOR HIRE – NON CMV ONLY endorsement is required
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must pass a driving test facilitated by Oaklawn
