Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An active and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for adult consumers participating in mental health programs.
• Pick up consumers from their homes and transport them to program locations during morning routes.
• Return consumers from program sites back to their homes during afternoon routes.
• Maintain accurate daily transportation logs and documentation.
• Perform routine visual inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any concerns.
• Absorb and coordinate vehicle maintenance and service as needed.
