Van Driver

About the role

Merakey is seeking a PRN Van Driver to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Carlisle, PA. This role involves safely transporting adult consumers to and from mental health services using a company vehicle.

Schedule

• PRN position, Monday–Friday
• Split shift: 7:00–9:00 AM and 3:00–4:30 PM
• Hours are as needed, may vary by day of the week, and are subject to potential cancellations

Pay

$15.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for adult consumers participating in mental health programs
• Conduct morning routes, picking up consumers from their homes and transporting them to program locations
• Conduct afternoon routes, returning consumers from program sites back to their homes
• Maintain accurate daily transportation logs and documentation
• Perform routine visual inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any concerns
• Assist with coordinating vehicle maintenance and service as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have an active and valid driver's license
