Van Driver

About the role

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Van Driver to join our team and provide safe, friendly transportation for our residents. This isn’t just a driving job—you’ll help residents get where they need to go and stay connected to their healthcare and families.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to/from medical appointments and activities.
• Assist residents with getting safely in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Operate and maintain the facility van safely and responsibly.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with nursing and other team members.
• Help residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their trip.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Flexibility with your schedule.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety‑minded.
• Comfortable working with older adults and individuals with mobility needs.
• Previous experience driving a passenger van or working with seniors is a plus.
