Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments, group activities, and other destinations
• Enforce safety rules when traveling
• Ensure vehicle is serviced and maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition
• Secure all necessary paperwork for appointments and deliver paperwork to appropriate persons

Requirements

• A passion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of automobile service requirements with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience
• Operates a 7- to 15-passenger vehicle (CDL license preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license for the state in which the hiring community is located
• No more than two moving violations in a three-year period on the driving record
