Van Delivery and Equipment Maintenance

About the role

Above all we are looking to hire someone with a great attitude. You will have frequent contact with our customers both in person and on the phone. Previous roles in customer service preferred. Must be detail oriented with ability to be flexible in handling a variety of assignments. A clean driving record is required. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide coffee delivery and maintenance cleaning service on our automated espresso equipment.
• Report to the Branch Operations or Area Manager.
• Load items needed for that day’s sales, safely drive to customers' accounts and other destinations, and deliver items to restock customer's inventory of our products.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles assigned to you and keep it clean at all times.
• Perform other duties as needed, including pulling product per supplied documents, checking inventory, communicating with management, technicians, and sales team, delivering product to customers, producing accurate and timely administrative documents, assisting in espresso and coffee machine installation, basic repair of espresso and coffee machines, reading and understanding machine manuals, and general cleanup of workplace and customer accounts.

Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Data entry using various software products such as Excel and Word, and company specific software and applications for inventory management or technical repair and service reporting.

Benefits

The primary responsibility will be to provide coffee delivery and maintenance cleaning service on our automated espresso equipment. We are a local coffee provider, experiencing large growth. Full Time work hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5:00pm. With a one-hour lunch break.
