Van Delivery and Equipment Maintenance

About the role

Above all we are looking to hire someone with a great attitude. You will have frequent contact with our customers both in person and on the phone. Previous roles in customer service preferred. Must be detail oriented with ability to be flexible in handling a variety of assignments. A clean driving record is required. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide coffee delivery and maintenance cleaning service on our automated espresso equipment.
• Report to the Branch Operations or Area Manager.
• Primary responsibilities include product delivery and customer care, as well as general work in the warehouse as needed.
• Ensure proper loading of items needed for that day’s sales, safely drive to customers’ accounts and other destinations, and deliver items to restock customer's inventory of our products.
• Perform other work at the account as needed such as inspection of equipment and basic cleaning at customer’s site.
• Maintain company vehicles assigned to you and keep it clean at all times.
• Work full-time Monday-Friday, 8am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
• Other duties may include pulling product per supplied documents, checking inventory, communicating with management, technicians, and sales team, delivering product to customers, producing accurate and timely administrative documents, assisting in the preparation of espresso and coffee machines for installation at customer sites, basic repair of espresso and coffee machines, reading, reviewing, and understanding machine user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and technical training presentations, and general cleanup of workplace, including relevant areas at customer accounts.

Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds, and regularly 25 lbs.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Data entry using various software products such as excel and word, and company specific software and applications for inventory management or for technical repair and service reporting.

Qualifications

Full Time work hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5:00pm. With a one-hour lunch break.
