About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibrate, test, and troubleshoot valves and related instruments.
- Assemble new and repaired equipment to meet quality standards.
- Document repair, testing, and assembly activities including failure analysis, parts used, and labor hours.
- Perform inventory control tasks such as stocking, pulling parts, and cycle counting.
- Communicate with customers for technical support, troubleshooting, and repair quoting.
- Disassemble, clean, and evaluate parts for reuse or replacement.
- Prepare surfaces and paint assemblies and parts.
- Stamp and tag nameplates accurately.
- Packaging and shipping parts, including crating when necessary.
- Conduct final inspections and complete inspection reports.
- Sign and document compliance sheets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a related mechanical or industrial role.
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
