Job Summary Reporting to the Executive Director, Value Capture Office, the VCO Analyst develops portfolio tracking using approved tools to: Develop and maintain dashboards-Develop and maintain recurring reporting and KPI monitoringConducts value reviews-Supports submission and intake triage of potential VCO opportunities-Maintains governance documentationCoordinates recurring workstream meetings, and-Maintains the VCO repositoryAssists in the preparation of executive summaries, scorecards, and recurring governance reports for leadership reviewMaintains and monitors initiative milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to support effective governance and escalation processes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 2 Years of Experience Experienced using various applications, including Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Smart Sheet. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree The current salary range for this position is $43.56 to $59.91 Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
