Value-Based Programs Lead (Medicaid)

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative VBP models for diverse provider types
• Align work scope with VBP developmental requirements
• Analyze data to identify quality improvement opportunities
• Create payment strategies and performance metrics
• Design reporting packages to improve provider performance understanding
• Conduct financial modeling in partnership with finance teams
• Monitor and enhance VBP model performance based on feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years in managed care operations and value-based care
• Expertise in VBP model design with specialty providers
• Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid managed care
• Strong analytical skills for financial and performance data
• Complex problem solving in a matrixed environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay

$104,000 – $143,000 annually
