About the role
Responsible for enhancing clinical quality through data-driven initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Prepare and present quality improvement reports to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
