About the role

Responsible for enhancing clinical quality through data-driven initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical processes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Prepare and present quality improvement reports to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
