Value Add Team Member Night Shift

About the Role

This is a day-shift position for an experienced forklift operator. You will operate the forklift efficiently and safely in a production setting and be cross-trained to perform several functions within the department. To receive top pay, you must be fully trained and performing at production rate in three positions within the Value Add Department, rotating with other team members during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal job instructions
• Provide feedback and apply critical thinking
• Use personal safety equipment in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, fast-paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and varying work conditions
