Seasonal Outbound Team Member (Night Shift)

About the role

As an Outbound Team Member at Red Stag Fulfillment, you will provide reliable pack/pick/ship services, secure and accurate inventory management, and fast on-time same-day fulfillment. You will continuously pursue perfection while cross-training in multiple departments to support our mission of enabling clients to grow their businesses through world-class logistics and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Select orders with accuracy and speed that align with our client goals.
• Deploy attention to detail to ensure quality and confidence for consumers receiving their products.
• Efficiently retrieve orders using technology and barcode scanners, ensuring quantity and product accuracy.
• Safely work with racking systems and load/unload pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically).
• Operate different kinds of lifts, including Stand up (reach), Sit Down, Turret, and stock picker.
• Load and unload trucks using totes, jacks, and forklifts.

Requirements

• Obtain Red Stag Forklift Certifications for each machine.
• Attendance and punctuality are a must; consistently work your schedule with the understanding of mandatory seasonal attendance changes and requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice to meet clients’ goals, sometimes in other departments.
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and utilize team lift assistance for heavier items.
• Must be able to walk for long periods throughout large facilities and/or stand in one area for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive attitude and mindset.
• Ability to understand processes and concepts involving the use of various pieces of technology.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Work within Red Stag Fulfillment’s mission and core values.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to access and navigate within each department at Red Stag’s facilities.
• Must be able to work in Red Stag’s facilities, including continuous movement, regular handling of stock up to 50 pounds (utilizing team lifting assistance for heavier items), reaching, bending, and carrying.
• Constantly works in an environment where indoor/outdoor temperatures may fluctuate based on seasonality.

Schedule

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–1:00 AM.

This is a seasonal position to help during our busy peak season, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on attendance and performance metrics.
