Valuations Analyst

About the role

House Buyers of America is seeking a 100% remote Valuations Analyst (VA) to value prospective deals and determine a scope of work for properties we acquire. The VA will also determine a reliable estimate of market value for prospective deals and a reliable pricing strategy to sell properties.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions, budget, and the scope of work for the overall construction strategy
• Value properties across the entire US and ensure the accuracy of all valuations
• Meet the turnaround objectives for all valuations and ensure properties do not sit too long on the market
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Do anything else necessary to help the company meet its goals

About You

You have 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/underwriting. An appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. You have amazing computer skills and can pick up new technology quickly!
