Responsibilities
- Responsible for assigning and tracking Appraisal files and providing status updates on files when needed.
- Ensure NAF requirements and timelines are met while providing a product that meets customer goals and USPAP requirements.
- Communicating with Appraisers, Operations Staff and Mortgage Bankers.
- Communication typically occurs through email, telephone, and written correspondence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player.
- Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
- Exhibit excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe is required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform several complex tasks simultaneously and effectively.
Working Schedule
M – F, 8am – 5pm PST. Position is remote or hybrid if located within 31 miles of the Tustin, CA or Austin, TX; if hybrid, works 4 days on-site.
Pay
Up to $22/hr, depending on experience.
Physical demands
- Must be able to lift up to ten pounds.
- Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
- Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
- Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
