Valora Orono - Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide - Part Time

About the role

Valora Orono, a new Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver, HHA, & CNA - Part Time - to join their growing team. The community is located in the picturesque Orono area, close to downtown Wayzata, Lake Minnetonka, and Long Lake. They offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as per the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17-22/hr
• CNA Wage: $19-24/hr

Schedule

• Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7am-3pm)
• Every Other Weekend required
• Shift Differential: $1 for Evenings/$2 for Overnights
