We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. Must use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the description. First, the job title is not to be repeated as heading. So we start with maybe

About the role

then a paragraph summarizing role description. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements/Qualifications: maybe combine? The instruction says use headings for those sections if content exists. Skills: list of skills. Benefits: we have benefits listed. Pay: we have pay range. Schedule: maybe not given; there is Workplace Type: fully remote. That's not schedule. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule heading. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like validation documentation, change control, etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "About Actalent" etc? That's company description; maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Actalent" is not exactly those but could be considered company overview; not explicitly prohibited. However we might keep it? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Actalent" is substantive about company but maybe not needed for job posting? It's not part of role description. Usually we might keep it as part of description? The instruction didn't say to remove company overview. It only says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we can keep the About Actalent paragraph. But we also need to remove duplicated lines. There's "Skills validation, change control, decomission, CRO, LIMS, Power BI, smartsheet Top Skills Details validation, change control, decomission,CRO,LIMS Additional Skills & Qualifications". There's duplication. We need to preserve all substantive information but not duplicate lines. So we need to combine. Let's extract sections: About the role: maybe first paragraph: "Author and maintain validation documentation, including: Validation Plans Traceability Matrices Test Scripts and Protocols Validation Reports Support change control activities, system upgrades, releases, and decommissioning efforts. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and system administration documentation. Serve as a system administrator for assigned laboratory informatics platforms. Partner with laboratory users and management to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Lead or support implementation of new laboratory systems and enhancements. Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with global stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts on system functionality and strategy. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation as required. Ensure systems remain compliant with applicable regulatory and quality standards." That's a big block; could be responsibilities. We could split: About the role short summary: maybe first sentence? But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can put the whole block under Responsibilities. But we also need About the role heading; we could put a brief overview: maybe "This role involves authoring and maintaining validation documentation, supporting change control, serving as system administrator for laboratory informatics platforms, partnering with users, leading system implementations, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance." That's a summary but might be considered summarizing away detail. The instruction says do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should not summarize; we need to preserve all detail. So we could put the entire description under Responsibilities, and maybe About the role could be a short generic statement like "Position description:" but that would be summarizing? Actually we could put a short sentence that is directly from the posting: maybe the first sentence: "Author and maintain validation documentation, including: Validation Plans Traceability Matrices Test Scripts and Protocols Validation Reports". That is a detail; we could put that as About the role. But then we would be omitting other details. Better to not have About the role if we can't summarize? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid having About the role with content; we just need to put specific content there. We could put the first paragraph as About the role, and then Responsibilities could be a list of duties. But that would split the content and risk duplication. Better approach: Use About the role for a brief narrative that is directly from the posting without summarizing: maybe we can take the first two sentences as About the role, and then Responsibilities as a bullet list of the rest. But that would be summarizing? It's still using exact text, just splitting. That's acceptable because we are not inventing or summarizing away detail; we are just partitioning the original text. As long as we keep all details somewhere. Let's extract sentences: 1. "Author and maintain validation documentation, including: Validation Plans Traceability Matrices Test Scripts and Protocols Validation Reports" 2. "Support change control activities, system upgrades, releases, and decommissioning efforts." 3. "Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and system administration documentation." 4. "Serve as a system administrator for assigned laboratory informatics platforms." 5. "Partner with laboratory users and management to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions." 6. "Lead or support implementation of new laboratory systems and enhancements." 7. "Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend process improvements." 8. "Collaborate with global stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts on system functionality and strategy." 9. "Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation as required." 10. "Ensure systems remain compliant with applicable regulatory and quality standards." We could put About the role as sentence 1 (or maybe first two). Then Responsibilities as list of sentences 2-10. Now Requirements/Qualifications: we have "Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field. 3+ years of experience supporting laboratory systems, scientific software, or computer system validation. Experience working within regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or medical device environments. Knowledge of GLP, GxP, GMP, and computer system validation principles. Experience with change control, documentation management, and software lifecycle practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment." Also "Experience Level Intermediate Level" maybe not needed. Skills: "validation, change control, decomission, CRO, LIMS, Power BI, smartsheet". Also "Top Skills Details validation, change control, decomission,CRO,LIMS". We'll combine unique skills: validation, change control, decommission (note spelling: decomission vs decommission? The posting has "decomission" twice; we should preserve as given? It's misspelled but we should preserve exactly? Probably keep as written: "decomission". Also "CRO", "LIMS", "Power BI", "smartsheet". Also maybe "SOPs"? Not in skills list. We'll list those. Benefits: list as given. Pay: "$34.00 - $38.00/hr." Schedule: not given; we have Workplace Type: fully remote. That's not schedule. So we omit Schedule. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings

and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not include any extra tags like or . Also no markdown fences. Let's construct:

We might also include Workplace Type: fully remote. Could be under a heading like "Workplace Type" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed; we cannot add extra headings. So we could incorporate that info into About the role or Responsibilities as a paragraph. Since it's not a listed heading, we should not create a new heading. We could add a paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities. Perhaps add a sentence to About the role: "This is a fully remote position based out of Wilmington, MA." Actually the posting says: "Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, MA." and "Workplace Type This is a fully remote position." So we need to preserve that info. We can add a paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities. Since we already used About the role for first sentence, we could add another paragraph there: maybe combine. Better: About the
