This position involves performing various agricultural tasks under the supervision of a supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform planting, cultivating, and harvesting activities on designated fields.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, including tractors and harvesters.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and cleaning work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by the employer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of basic agricultural practices and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture or related field preferred.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Skills
- Proficiency with agricultural machinery.
