Schedule
- 5PM–2AM (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- 11AM–9PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
- Mechanically inclined: able to diagnose and fix parking equipment issues
- Vehicle and license required
- At least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience
- Flexible schedule; position may require working weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Check various locations throughout your shift
- Motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints; assist with completing accident/incident reports
- Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff
- Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging equipment, uniforms, and supplies
- Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs; identify discrepancies as applicable
- Maintain logs of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators
- Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at assigned facilities; report safety or maintenance issues
- Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed
