Schedule

  • 5PM–2AM (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • 11AM–9PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
  • Mechanically inclined: able to diagnose and fix parking equipment issues
  • Vehicle and license required
  • At least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience
  • Flexible schedule; position may require working weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Check various locations throughout your shift
  • Motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints; assist with completing accident/incident reports
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff
  • Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging equipment, uniforms, and supplies
  • Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs; identify discrepancies as applicable
  • Maintain logs of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators
  • Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at assigned facilities; report safety or maintenance issues
  • Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed
