VALET / SERVICE SUPPORT

About the role

We are looking for a Valet / Service Support worker where you will work as Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location. Responsibilities

• Providing top‑notch customer service by greeting all guests who enter the service drive.
• Preparing the service drive for guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the service drive from the previous day’s business.
• Assisting in maintaining the loaner rental fleet as assigned, including cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
• Greeting service guests arriving at the dealership.
• Locating guest’s name on the appointment log and locating the appointment packet associated with that specific guest.
• Performing a groove‑glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.

Qualifications

• Passion to deliver a great customer experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning).
• High energy paired with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Ability to perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles (preferred).
