Service Valet

Our Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale is currently seeking a Service Valet who will support the daily flow and organization of the service department while delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
• Manage vehicle flow as repair orders are generated to maintain an organized service drive
• Perform basic vehicle checks including fuel, oil, fluids, and tire condition
• Provide courtesy washes and general vehicle presentation support as requested
• Maintain and organize service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
• Support service advisors, technicians, and other team members with daily operational needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional service drive and work environment
• Deliver friendly and professional customer interactions at all times

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
• Ability to drive automatic vehicles required, manual transmission is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills and positive, can-do attitude
• Dependable and great work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
