Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
• Controls service traffic flow and parking
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment
• Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
• Aids service advisors when needed
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Places vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle
• Tags keys and places mirror tags in all vehicles
• Moves vehicles to appointed parking area and ensures all windows are up and all vehicles are locked
• Fills in for shuttle drivers as needed
• Begins guiding customers' vehicles to the front of service drive when directed
• Ensures customers’ vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visit
• Guides vehicles through the car wash
• Lights lifting duties when needed

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• At least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus
• An exceptional commitment to safety
• A strong sense of accountability
• An excellent communication and positive attitude
• An eye for presentation and detail
