Valet, Lodge Kohler (Part-time, 2nd Shift)

Specific Responsibilities

• Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
• Aiding guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
• Valet parking vehicles
• Driving the guest shuttle in the Green Bay area
• Identifying guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions
• Identifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
• Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
• Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• Within the guidelines of Kohler Co. corporate insurance policy
• At least 21 years of age at time of application
• Prior experience with customer service preferred
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Pay

The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.

Schedule

Shifts will be from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
