Valet Driver Senior Living

About the Role

As a Valet and Driver at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage and transporting them locally as needed using Belmont Village vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and has an exceptional driving record with a valid Florida driver's license with Passenger endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care, and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance
