Valet Cashier, Guest Services (PT)

Valet Cashier Summary

The Valet Cashier will be the point person for the day-to-day flow of the valet parking team and front drive activity.

• Receive and communicate all vehicle "pulls" to the key control coordinator.
• Input and control the parking charges and take required parking service payment and handle cash accordingly.
• Answer all calls from guest rooms regarding vehicles to be pulled.
• Ensure vehicles are pulled in a timely manner and to the guest specification.
• Organize and communicate outside transportation.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Most work tasks are performed outdoors.
• Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours per day.
• Walking is required the rest of the working day.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
