Guest Service Attendant (Valet/Bellman/Doorman) PT

About the role

Valet Attendants welcome and create the first impression upon guest arrival. This may include assisting the passengers during the loading and unloading process. Their primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with vehicle loading and unloading
• Safely and efficiently park guest vehicles in designated areas
• Provide basic hotel information and orientations to guestrooms
• Escort arriving guests to their rooms
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in an efficient and prompt manner
• Work weekends and holidays as needed

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
• Valid NC Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• Able to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods

$9.50/hour (base pay) w/daily tips
