Valet Attendant Luxury Hotel

Pay Rate: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour plus cash tips

Schedule

• AM and PM shifts
• Flexible scheduling and attendance

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
• Maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
• Stand, walk, and assist with items or luggage weighing up to 50lbs
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested
• Provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
• Perform vehicle inspections, ensure safety driving and parking
• Adapt to attendance policies, uniform rules, and protocols
• Create a great impression and memorable interactions with luxury hotel guests and residents

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience in a luxury environment (required)
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Able to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
• Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
• At least 18 years old
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of valet parking experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Cashier and dispatching experience
