Valet Attendant

About the Role

The Spirit of the Position: Do you love driving cars and meeting new people? LAZ Parking is hiring Valet Attendants to welcome customers, park their vehicles professionally, and represent the company with a warm, smiling demeanor. As the first and last point of contact for clients, you play a significant role in the company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Greet all customers by name, attend to their needs, and build rapport.
• Direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of vehicles.
• Work independently when needed, with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations, going above and beyond to create a positive impression of LAZ Parking.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, charismatic, and energetic with a strong desire to help.
• Dependable and responsible; a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
• Comfortable working under pressure and in chaotic environments.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in reading, speaking, and comprehending English.
• Team‑player who values diverse opinions and can motivate peers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Schedule

• Overnight Part‑time
• Overnight Full‑time
• Overnight Weekends

Pay

• Sign‑On Bonus: up to $400
• Referral Bonus: $500 for each person you refer
• Pay Activ – on‑demand access to earned wages (up to 50% of earned wages immediately)
