Pay

Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour (the actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location).

Additional Compensation:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. The role requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
