About the role
A Valet-Parking Attendant takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Hotel and you'll be part of a great team of helpful people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. This position is a key member of the front drive and arrival team.
Responsibilities
- Parking and retrieving guest and visitors’ vehicles safely
- Assisting guests with luggage upon check-in and check-out
- Assisting with and checking luggage as needed
Requirements
This position requires a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. No previous experience is necessary, but strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
