About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Valet Parking Attendant. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for guests as they arrive and throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Interact with all guests; welcome each guest to the hotel
• Open car doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle
• Park and retrieve guests’ cars as needed
• Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation as needed
• Work with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and open doors for all guests
• Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
• “Be the difference” with guests and employees, doing more than just the norm

Requirements

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with no infractions for at least 6 months
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Ability to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
