About the Role

The Guest Services team is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant who creates a memorable first impression for guests, assists with car door opening, luggage unloading, and serves as a knowledgeable resource about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest to the hotel and provide a warm, engaging greeting.
• Open vehicle doors for arriving guests and assist with luggage as needed.
• Park and retrieve guests’ cars efficiently and safely.
• Assist guests in securing alternative transportation when required.
• Collaborate with fellow attendants to deliver a personalized experience.
• Help the lobby attendant keep the entrance area clean and organized.
• Go beyond standard service to “be the difference” for guests and employees.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer‑service experience with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with no infractions for at least six months.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Pleasant, helpful, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand and run for a full shift while retrieving cars.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

$21.63 per hour.
