About the Role

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. You will be stationed at One Beacon Garage in Boston, MA, working weekends.

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour plus cash tips
• Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00AM - 3:00PM

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Ability to drive manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission (preferred).
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valet parking: 1 year+
• Customer service: 1 year+
• Prior overnight experience: 1 year+
