Responsibilities

• Adhere to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Greet arriving and departing guests.
• Park guest vehicles in specified areas efficiently and safely.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas efficiently and safely.
• Perform drive‑and‑park assignments per department policies and procedures.
• Promptly report any incidents to a supervisor.
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license with no careless motor vehicle accidents and no moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• Ability to drive all makes and models of motor vehicles.
• Effective verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical ability to run on level surfaces and up and down stairs to park and retrieve vehicles quickly.

Pay

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of the total rewards package.
