Valet and Shuttle Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day valet and shuttle activities, ensuring smooth service flow, safe working environment and adherence to operational standards.
• Support in training valet attendants and shuttle drivers as needed, ensuring team members meet the required standards of guest service and safety.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle assignments and shuttle routes to meet changing demands, optimize efficiency, and enhance overall service quality.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Travel between campus locations, as needed, to ensure cohesive operations across client sites.
• Perform Valet Attendant or Shuttle Driver duties as needed.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1 or more years of related work experience

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills

• Familiarity with shuttle route planning, parking management systems, guest service best practices, and adherence to safety and compliance protocols
• Valid Driver’s License is required and a CDL may be required depending on the vehicle type at the location

Pay

$20 per hour - $22 per hour
