Join the Lexus of Nashville team as a Full‑Time Shuttle Driver / Service Valet. This position is more than just a driving job—it’s the first and last impression of a luxury brand known for excellence. You’ll meet new people, work as part of a supportive team, and help make each guest’s day a little easier.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting at $17/hr – with a raise to $18/hr after just 90 days. Paid weekly for your convenience. Full‑time schedule with Sundays and major holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them to the right place.
• Safely move customer vehicles around the lot and through the service process.
• Keep vehicles clean and protected during service with covers and tags.
• Light vehicle vacuuming and use of automated car wash.
• Shuttle guests to and from their destination in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain the lot and walkways, ensuring a polished and safe environment.
• Help ensure customer vehicles are returned spotless and damage‑free.
• Support the team with various service‑related tasks.

Requirements

• No experience necessary – training will be provided.
• Must be able to drive and park vehicles confidently.
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a strong work ethic.
• Dependable and punctual with a team‑first mindset.
• Desire to help people and make a difference every day.
• High school diploma or GED and a clean driving record required.
• At least 19 years old.
• Pass pre‑employment testing including background check, MVR, drug test, and have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
