Vacuum Truck Operator for Cured in Place Lining Crew

About the role

Iron Horse LLC, a rapidly growing sewer, storm, and waterline rehabilitation contractor, seeks a CDL Class A driver/vacuum truck operator based out of their Fairview, OR location.

Responsibilities

- Travel nearly every week out of town, provided with accommodations and per diem. - Operate vacuum trucks and assist in pipeline rehabilitation projects. - Ensure and maintain the safety of themselves and their crew while working in and around pipelines and confined spaces. - Work collaboratively with the team to rehabilitate pipelines. - Be available to work overtime, follow directions, and communicate effectively. - Fill out driving logs and inspection reports accurately.

Requirements

- CDL Class A license with an excellent driving record. - Experience operating vacuum trucks. - Prioritizes safety above all else. - Experience working in and around pipelines and confined spaces. - Excellent teamwork skills. - Willingness to work overtime and follow directions. - Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

- Qualified candidate must have a CDL Class A license. - Must have relevant experience operating vacuum trucks. - Prioritize safety and adhere to all company policies.

Skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to operate heavy machinery safely. - Knowledge of pipeline rehabilitation techniques.
