About the Role

As a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) on the Migraine Team, you will be responsible for increasing territory sales and developing relationships with assigned customers and accounts. Your role involves product promotion, strategic business management, and customer engagement—both in-person and virtually. You will leverage product and disease state knowledge to educate providers, drive sales, and collaborate across the organization to meet Pfizer’s business objectives while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in an assigned territory through face-to-face and virtual customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, utilizing live and virtual strategies to maximize impact.
  • Build rapport and maintain customer relationships using digital tools and adaptive engagement techniques.
  • Analyze internal reports and data to identify and pursue strategic business opportunities.
  • Compliantly educate healthcare providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions, using approved clinical resources.
  • Collaborate across teams to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer’s objectives.
  • Complete administrative tasks on time and in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Professional sales or promotional activity
    • Small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience
    • Marketing, customer service, or account management
    • Relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
    • Education (e.g., teacher, principal)
    • Full-time military experience
  • Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record compliant with company standards. Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies you from hiring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing.
  • Proven track record of sales or marketing success, strong territory management, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
  • Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, or products.
  • Knowledge of territory-specific customers and markets (prescribers, HCPs, institutions, or organizations).
  • Residence within the assigned territory boundaries.

Pay

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $76,000 to $199,600. During initial new-hire sales training, you will be classified as a non-exempt employee eligible for overtime pay. Upon training certification, you will transition to an overtime-exempt status. This role also includes a quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
