Vaccines Customer Team Leader - Arizona/Nevada

About the role

Our Sales team supports our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities. The Vaccines Customer Team Leader (CTL) plays a critical role in establishing our company's customer focused initiative. This is a field-based position that covers the Arizona/Nevada district. Major workload centers in the district include Reno, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Flagstaff & Tucson metro areas. At least 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing Customer Representatives in identifying customer needs.
• Coaching representatives.
• Overseeing training.
• Completing people management processes for Customer Representatives.
• Effectively developing and resourcing the customer team to address customer needs.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 6‑8 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industries (preferred).
