About the role

You will join a fast-growing, internationally oriented company on an industrial estate in Oudsbergen, working full-time day shifts in a dynamic and pleasant team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical working drawings at the start of each day to determine which parts to use, create, or modify and how to assemble them correctly.
• Assemble various products, mostly custom-made and prototypes.
• Perform further mechanical adjustments (steel and aluminum) such as sawing, drilling, milling, bending, welding, etc., to achieve the desired result.
• Carry out service tasks on previously sold products in the workshop or occasionally on-site at customer locations.
• Take initiative within the R&D process to continuously improve products and processes on the production floor.
• Specifically for our products, create or adjust sails.

Requirements

• Stable work experience with an affinity for mechanical work and a passion for creating.
• Extensive technical background and skills.
• Proficiency in using various tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications with a strong eye for detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Independent, flexible, and proactive in tackling tasks.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Possession of a category B driving license (forklift certification is a plus).
