Instructor First Aid and Fire & Evacuation

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, hands-on training to businesses and organizations, both at our own training location and in-company.
• Deliver instruction, guide, and motivate participants to act confidently in emergency situations.
• Register competencies (exam forms) and manage evaluation procedures.
• Develop new training programs, methods, e-learning, and VR in collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements

• Possess a valid instructor certification or be willing to obtain one.
• Experience in providing courses and training.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare and perform LOTUS roles during lessons.
• Support the instructor.
• Contribute to the development of teaching materials and scenarios.
• Apply current knowledge of prevention and response in teaching situations.

Requirements

• Possess a valid LOTUS diploma.
• Experience in playing realistic injuries and scenario-based work in first aid education.
