Vacation Specialist Coordinator - ($1000 Sign On Bonus *Potential)

Hourly Rate: $20.00. Up to $1K sign-on bonus potential for candidates with 1 year of timeshare experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcomes and greets guests; anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals.
• Follows company policies and safety procedures.
• Performs physical tasks including reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• May require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
