About the role

We are seeking a Vacation Sales Ambassador at Travel + Leisure Co., a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. Our dynamic and growing portfolio includes resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands. As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will help turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Create fun, engaging conversations with vacationing families
  • Promote exciting vacation experiences and preview tours
  • Book reservations and help guests get vacation-ready
  • Use smart technology to manage appointments and guest information
  • Learn sales strategies that help grow your skills and your paycheck
  • Hit goals, earn uncapped commission, and celebrate big wins along the way

Requirements

  • A positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
  • Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals
  • Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior sales experience needed; we provide training for the right people!

Pay

Top performers can make up to $150K+ annually, with uncapped commission potential.

Schedule

The schedule varies based on the position and location, but typically ranges from 30 to 40 hours per week.
