About the role
The School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies and the Department of Near and Middle Eastern Studies at Trinity College Dublin is seeking to recruit a Research Fellow – Post-Doctorate Researcher for a project on Arabic Poetry in the Cairo Genizah: History of Literacy and Education.
Pay
Appointment will be made on the Post-Doctorate Researcher salary scale (€38,632 – €41,025) at a point in line with Government Pay Policy; appointment will be made no higher than point 1.
Schedule
Full time – 37.5 hours per week.

Selection Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a 30-minute test, which will consist of a translation of Arabic poetry into English, as well as an interview.
