About the role
The Hampshire plant, formerly Nutriad, is a key production site in North America, manufacturing a wide range of specialty products and vitamins. The site is equipped with an on-site laboratory and contributes to research and development activities.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and modernize production processes, including powder–liquid blending systems, automated packaging lines, power unloading stations, and liquid dosing systems.
- Ensure process safety and regulatory compliance, high product quality, operational efficiency, and reliability.
- Contribute to the development, review, and updating of process specifications, standards, and operating procedures.
- Support process standardization efforts and perform detailed process reviews to identify technical and operational improvement opportunities.
- Carry out feasibility studies and implement production process improvements.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical documentation related to internal process standards.
- Support process activities during both design and production phases.
- Maintain quality, safety, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and provide technical support within industrial projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical input to engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
- Strong interest in industrial processes and manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international context.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow in a technical project-oriented role.
- Fully fluent in English (working language).
Qualifications
- Experience in process engineering and manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
