UX/UI Web Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer with at least three years of professional experience in responsive web design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling, innovative design, and user experience. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with the Creative Director, Project Managers, and Development Teams to translate high-level ideas into compelling visual solutions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized across all devices
• Present concepts clearly to internal teams and clients
• Incorporate feedback effectively
• Stay current with the latest design trends and technologies
• Contribute to the look and feel of diverse digital projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in digital web design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) best practices across multiple devices
• Experience with information architecture and website restructuring for usability enhancement
• Excellent visual strategy skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS; SASS experience is a plus
• Ability to create and optimize visual assets for web production
• Experience working with WordPress and component-based design approaches is desirable
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and understanding of user experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Project Managers, and Development Team to understand project scope and requirements
• Lead all phases of the design process, including content strategy, auditing, wireframing, visual design, user experience, and quality assurance
• Create original, thought-provoking designs that push creative boundaries while maintaining a user-friendly experience
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that align with project goals and client specifications
• Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to team members and clients, incorporating feedback effectively
• Participate in iterative, agile workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs within budget
• Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions
• Promote and uphold design standards, best practices, and guidelines across projects
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, tracking time and deliverables to meet deadlines
• Assist in optimizing visual assets for web performance and usability
