UX/UI Designer | $40/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI elements.
• Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles.
• Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real-world scenarios.
• Champion user-centered design thinking and branding consistency across all evaluated materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
• A solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes.
• The ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements.
