Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI elements
- Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles
- Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience
- Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards
- Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real-world scenarios
- Champion user-centered design thinking and branding consistency across all evaluated materials
Requirements
- Minimum of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio
- Solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles
- Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes
- Demonstrate the ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements
