About the role

Lead UX strategy and design thinking workshops to create intuitive actionable Power BI dashboard experiences while managing project scope schedule and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Design Thinking discovery and stakeholder workshops to drive alignment and innovation
• Define and document user personas, journeys, KPIs and reporting needs
• Develop and maintain information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and dashboard designs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including business, data and development to ensure design feasibility
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements
• Manage project scope, schedule and changes effectively to meet deadlines and objectives
• Lead benefits management activities to track and realize project value
• Balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints throughout the design process
